Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

We ship to every Australian state and territory using Australia Post standard and express services. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days for metro areas and 2–6 business days for regional areas after dispatch.

Shipping is a flat $10 Australia-wide. Orders over $150 receive free shipping automatically at checkout.

We also ship outside Australia. International shipping is a flat $20, charged on every international order regardless of value. Free shipping over $150 applies to Australian addresses only.

Import rules vary between countries, and it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that research peptides are permitted for import into their country. Parcels stopped or seized by customs are not eligible for a refund.

All orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or the nature of the products. Vials are protected with padding and sealed for transit.

Because our products are laboratory research materials, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for products that have been opened, reconstituted or stored outside the recommended conditions.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before dispatch, but once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post we are unable to intercept it.

All products sold by DKD PEPS are supplied strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not medicines, are not for human or veterinary use or consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Purchasers must be 18 years or older.
