Ordering
How quickly will my order be dispatched?+
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Australian orders over $150 receive free shipping automatically at checkout; below that, shipping is a flat $10 Australia-wide. International delivery is always a flat $20, regardless of order value.
How does bundle pricing work?+
Mix and match any eligible peptides and the discount applies automatically in your bag: 10% for 2, 15% for 3, 20% for 4, 25% for 6, 30% for 8 and 40% for 10 or more.
Where do you ship?+
We ship to every Australian state and territory via Australia Post, in plain unmarked packaging with tracking where eligible.
Products & quality
Are your peptides tested?+
Yes. Relevant batches are independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories, and a Certificate of Analysis is available in our certificate library for the applicable product.
How should products be stored?+
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at 2–8°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and handle with care. Each product page lists recommended bacteriostatic water volume.
What form do the products arrive in?+
Peptides are supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, tamper-evident vials.
Can you tell me how to use a product?+
No. All products are supplied for laboratory research and educational purposes only and are not for human or veterinary use or consumption. We cannot provide usage or dosing advice.

Are these products medicines?+
No. None of the products sold by DKD PEPS are medicines, and none are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Do you provide certificates for a specific lot?+
Yes. If you need the Certificate of Analysis for the exact lot you received, contact us with your order number and we will provide it.
